Life is short and at the time is long, full of ups and downs. Depending on your state of mind and spirit things can be interpreted differently. That's why a recess a reboot of the mind and body is so necessary. We need to contemplate what is in front of us with what is going internally. This mix is a reflection of the concept of recess. Full of experiences and flavors and different energies. Connections between my motherland memories and things that are affecting me now. Have a safe trip. :)
